I just moved into my own apartment and needed an inexpensive bed that would be easy enough to handle.

I didn't expect much out of a 240 dollar mattress off of amazon but I have been pleasantly surprised. The bed inflated almost instantly and I've had some of the best sleep of my life on it so far.

I have the bed on top of my old mattress which is on top of a bed frame. It's quite high off of the ground, this mattress would without a doubt be fine without a box spring - and it would be comfortable enough on the floor by itself if you're waiting to get a frame.

Firmness: Not as firm as some memory foam beds I've slept on but you don't sink completely in either. I feel like the firmness would please just about anybody; it's not so soft that you are completely absorbed into the bed but cushy enough to be comfortable.

Material: Seems to stay pretty cool. It's summer right now and I'm not waking up in sweat like I used to.

Odor: Has a unique odor to it at first, goes away quickly. I never mind the strange odors too much because you have to keep in mind your item came from a factory or a warehouse somewhere.

I'll be recommending this to everybody who needs a bed.
