I like the final product. It looks nice and is pretty much exactly what I was expecting.
The
construction, however, was incredibly frustrating. Many screw holes
were filled with what appeared to be black, melted plastic. I had to
bore out the screw holes before I could get the screws in. Many of the
screw holes are also very poorly drilled. Some screws I could use my
fingers to screw in completely, others I had to leave halfway screwed in
because no matter how hard I tried, or how many times I removed and
reinserted the screw it would not go in. Several of the screw holes were
also hidden behind fabric that I had to tear open to reveal them.

One
of the main metal bars that runs underneath is bent, and as such the
screw holes are out of alignment and ultimately I couldn't fit two of
the screws in because of it. The instructions are poorly labeled. On the
first page it says "Back View" when assembling the headboard, but the
diagram actually switches from both the back and front views with little
way to discern which is which via the drawings. And last but not least,
it doesn't look like it is easily possible to take it apart if you want
to in the future. The wooden boards that go under the mattress snap
into place with little plastic pegs. I don't see a way to remove them
without breaking the pegs off.

All
of these little things resulted in me sitting on the floor, wrenching
as hard as I could, putting screws in, taking them out, questioning
whether or not I had the right parts because some things were so hard to
fit together, and ultimately being incredibly annoyed and dissatisfied.
The
manufacturer seriously needs to work on the "finishing" details of the
bed frame. Everything I needed was there, but much of it was drilled
wrong, hidden, covered in melted plastic, or bent.
I would
recommend finding a similarly priced product, looking at the reviews and
see if they're alright and giving them a shot. Because, I promise you
that it is unlikely to be as frustrating an experience as I had.
